Among the guests were: Zane Grey, a novelist, Buffalo Bill Cody, Wild West showman, BENJAMIN JR Cluff, explorer, last president of the Academy, the first president of BYU, all the General Authorities of the Church for the time. The house served as a B & B, THE NINE Gables Inn for 12 years until 2000 and was promoted to B & B and Country Inns Fodor.
